What this website is for
This website publishes information about Starfield Imaging and Nova. It is separate from the Nova clinical application. Do not submit patient information, clinical images, recordings, diagnoses, reports, medical identifiers or other sensitive health data through the contact form or by email.
How to contact us
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, and delivers that message to [email protected]. Sales and general enquiries, including privacy questions, can still be emailed to [email protected]. Product support can be emailed to [email protected]. Requests for occasional product news go to [email protected]. Email-program messages are kept in the relevant Microsoft 365 shared mailbox. This website does not keep an account, enquiry database or mailing list. Sending an email, or using the contact form, does not subscribe you to product news.
Licensing information
Nova licence and support prices are published for information. This website does not take payment, collect card details or send you to a checkout. A licensing enquiry is an email to [email protected]. Starfield confirms the amount payable, including any applicable tax, before any purchase is arranged outside this website. Completing a purchase arranged with Starfield does not by itself activate a Nova licence. Licence provisioning is arranged separately after a confirmed purchase. This website does not provide an installer download.
What this website does not do
There is no customer account, sign-in, store, installer download or on-site payment form. The contact form is not a third-party form service and it does not create an account or a mailing list. No advertising, session replay or analytics library has been added. This website does not set its own cookies. Cloudflare may record platform request logs for the hosting service.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, Starfield Imaging receives your name, email address and message so the message can be answered. Cloudflare processes the submission, including a Turnstile security check used to limit spam. A private Cloudflare Worker then sends the message to the Microsoft 365 mailbox for [email protected]. The website does not store the message in a database. Cloudflare and Microsoft may process this information outside Australia. This notice does not promise that processing stays in Australia. Do not include patient information, clinical recordings or other sensitive health data.
Where the site is hosted
The pages are prepared for Cloudflare Pages. The contact form adds a Pages Function and a private Worker that send email. They do not keep a copy of the message on the website. Do not assume that platform logs are stored only in Australia until that configuration is verified. No Nova clinical database or patient media is connected to this website.
